Job Opening: US Voice Process (Insurance)
???? Location:
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
???? Shift Details:
We have three fixed US shifts available:
Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Shift 2: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
???? Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
Off Days: Fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
???? Salary Structure:
0 – 17 Months of Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 TH
18+ Months of Experience: Up to ₹30,000 TH
Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500
???? Transportation Details:
Candidates living near a metro station will travel one way by metro (with reimbursement) and will have free cab service for the return trip.
For those not near the metro, 2-way cab services will be provided.
???? Interview Process:
The selection process consists of three rounds of interviews.
???? Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: Graduates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s degree holders)
2. Communication Skills: Must have excellent English communication skills
3. Experience: Relevant experience is required
