Job Opportunity: US Voice Process (Insurance)
???? Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
???? Shift Details:
Three Fixed US Shifts:
5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
???? Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
???? Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
???? Salary Structure:
For candidates with 0 to 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 TH
For candidates with 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 TH
Additional Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500
???? Transportation Benefits:
Candidates living near the metro will need to travel one way by metro (reimbursement provided), with free cab services for the other way.
For candidates not near the metro, round-trip cab services will be provided.
???? Interview Process: There will be 3 rounds of interviews.
???? Candidate Requirements:
1. Graduates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s degree holders)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Relevant work experience
