Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our US voice process team in the insurance sector. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Location:
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP area, near Brookefield.
Shift Details:
We offer three fixed US shifts:
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday (5 working days)
Week Offs: Fixed Saturdays and Sundays
Salary Structure:
0 – 17 Months Experience: Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
18+ Months Experience: Salary can go up to ₹30,000 per month.
Variable Pay: Performance-based additional pay of up to ₹5,500.
Transportation Benefits:
Candidates living near the metro are expected to travel one way via metro (reimbursement provided), with the return journey covered by a free cab.
For candidates residing further away, we provide cab services for both ways.
Interview Process:
Candidates will go through three rounds of interviews to evaluate their fit for the role and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance inquiries.
Assist clients with their queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of customer service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
1. Education: Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates).
2. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
3. Experience: Relevant experience in a voice process or customer service role is required.
