### **Job Description:**
We are seeking candidates for a US Voice Process in the insurance sector. The role involves providing exceptional customer support and assistance to clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

### **Shift Details**:
– **Fixed US Shifts**:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
– **Work Days**: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
– **Week Offs**: Fixed on Saturday and Sunday

### **Salary**:
– **Experience**:
– 0 – 17 months: *20k – 22k Take Home*
– 18+ months: *Up to 30k Take Home*
– **Variable Pay**: Up to Rs 5500

### **Transportation**:
– Candidates living near the metro will travel one way by metro (reimbursement provided) and will have free cabs for the return trip.
– For other candidates, 2-way cab services are provided.

### **Interview Process**:
– 3 Rounds of Interviews

### **Requirements**:
1. Graduates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant work experience
