🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Broadband Customer Support team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service via chat. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while working in a dynamic team environment.

🕒 Shift: UK Shift
📅 Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational off
📍 Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

💰 Salary:

Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home

Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (requires a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process)

🚖 Cab Facility:

👨 Boys: Both ways, ₹2,750 deduction

👩 Girls: One way, ₹1,375 deduction

✅ Eligibility:

Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in International Chat Process

🏢 Interview Locations:

Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 12 PM
