As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers via non-voice channels, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
**π° Salary:**
– Freshers & Experience: βΉ19,000 take-home
– Additional: βΉ15,000 retention bonus
**π Shift:**
– US Rotational Shift
**π Qualification:**
– Minimum Qualification: PUC and above

Working Days:**
– 5 days of work, with 2 days off (rotational)
**π Cab Service:**
– Complimentary 2-way cab service available within a 25 km radius
