Job Description

**Overview**:
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our team in a non-voice capacity. This role involves assisting customers via digital platforms, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently.

**Salary**:
– 💼 *For Freshers and Experienced Candidates*: ₹19,000 take home per month, along with a retention bonus of ₹15,000

**Shift Details**:
– 🌙 US Rotational Shift

**Qualifications**:
– 🎓 Must have completed PUC or higher

**Work Schedule**:
– 📅 5 working days per week, with 2 days off that rotate

**Transportation**:
– 🚖 Complimentary two-way cab service available within a 25 km radius
