We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team! In this non-voice role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other digital platforms.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
π° Salary:
Freshers & Experienced: βΉ19,000 take home + βΉ15,000 retention bonus.
π Shift:
US Rotational Shift.
π Qualification:
PUC (Pre-University Course) and above.
π Work Schedule:
5 Days of working with 2 days rotational week off.
π Cab Service:
Free 2-way cab service available within a 25 km radius.
