π Overview:**
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our customer support team at IGT, focusing on airline services. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
**π Location:** Manyata Tech Park
**π Educational Qualifications:** Minimum PUC or equivalent
**π£οΈ Language Skills:** Proficient in English (spoken and written)
**πΌ Required Experience:** At least 6 to 12 months in International Voice Support
**π° Compensation Package:**
– Up to βΉ28,000 CTC
– βΉ24,000 Take Home
**β° Work Schedule:**
– 5 Days a Week
– 2 Days Off
– Rotational Shifts
**π Transportation:** Complimentary 2-way cab service provided
