Job Description

Hiring Alert: Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)

• Shift: UK Shift
• Working Days: 5 days on, 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹21k take-home
• Experienced (min 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23k take-home

Cab Facility:

• Males: ₹2,750 deduction (both ways)
• Females: ₹1,375 deduction (one way)

Eligibility:

• Freshers and those with 6+ months of International Chat Process experience

Selection Process:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Venues:

• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
