Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)

• Shift: UK Shift
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary Structure:

• Freshers: ₹21k take-home
• Experienced (min 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23k take-home

Cab Facility:

• Male: Both ways (₹2,750 deduction)
• Female: One way (₹1,375 deduction)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or candidates with International Chat Process experience (min. 6 months)

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Discussion
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Locations:

• Hennur & Koramangala (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM)
