Job Description

Join Our Team as Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)

• Shift Timing: UK Shift
• Working Days: 5 days on, 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹21k take-home
• Experienced (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23k take-home

Cab Facility:

• Males: ₹2,750 deduction for both ways
• Females: ₹1,375 deduction for one way

Eligibility:

• Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience (6+ months) in International Chat Process

Interview Process:

1. HR Interview
2. Skills Assessment
3. Operations Round

Walk-in Interview:

• Location: Hennur & Koramangala (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 12 PM)
