Join Globiva as a Customer Support Associate!
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Associate (CSA) to join our team. Here are the details:
Role: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed PUC or higher.
Experience Required: At least 6 months in a customer support role.
Compensation: The offered salary is ₹35,000 CTC, with a take-home amount of ₹30,000.
Work Location: This position is based in Marathahalli.
Shift Timing: Day Shift only.
Age Requirement: Applicants should be below 30 years of age.
Interview Process: Candidates will go through HR, Operations, Assessment, and Client rounds.
