Join Globiva as a Customer Support Associate!
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates (CSA). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their queries and enhance their experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and services to assist customers effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Education: Completed PUC or higher.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or support role.
Salary: ₹35,000 CTC, with a take-home pay of ₹30,000.
Location: Marathahalli.
Shift: Day Shift.
Age Limit: Applicants must be below 30 years.
Selection Process:
Rounds will include HR, Operations, an Assessment, and a Client interview.
