Job Overview:
As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to potential students interested in aviation courses. Your role will involve assisting with inquiries, explaining course details, and helping students navigate the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential students via phone and provide comprehensive information about our aviation programs.
Assist in resolving queries related to courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups with prospects.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Promote a positive image of Frankfinn Aviation Services through excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate or undergraduate (Minimum 12th pass)
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in education or aviation sectors.
Languages: Proficient in English and Kannada.
Employment Details:
Salary: Competitive package ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 CTC, depending on current salary.
Working Days: 6 days a week, with Sundays off.
Location: Based in Hosur Road, Bangalore.
