Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service for our US clients. As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels, all while working in a professional environment.
Key Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Ability to handle international voice calls efficiently
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Minimum qualification: PUC and above
Working Conditions:
Working Days: 5 days on, followed by 2 days off, offering a healthy work-life balance
Salary: Competitive package up to ₹21,000 per month, plus a quarterly bonus of ₹4,000
Cab Facility: Two-way transport service provided for convenient commuting
Location: ITPL, Whitefield – a thriving tech hub
