Job Opening: Team Leader – International Mortgage Process
Position: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
Location: Bellandur
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: 2-3 years of documented experience as a Team Leader
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Cab Service: 2-way transportation provided
Work Schedule: 5 working days, with 2 days off
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team responsible for handling international mortgage processes
Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintains high efficiency
Provide feedback and coaching to enhance team productivity
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
