Job Description

Hiring for Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist
Location: Kothanur
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Cab Facility: Available both ways (within 12 KM)
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and finalize work orders for accurate closure
Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and correct billing
Collaborate with the After Sales team to handle post-sale administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records of completed orders and invoices for internal audits
Liaise with other departments to resolve order discrepancies and billing issues
