• 🎓 Education: Degree required
• 📈 Experience: 2-3 years as a TL (on paper)
• 💰 Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
• 🚘 Cab Service: 2-way transportation provided
• 🕐 Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team handling international mortgage processes
• Ensure team meets KPIs and performs efficiently
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
