🚀 Hiring: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
• 📍 Location: Bellandur
• 🎓 Education: Degree
• 📈 Experience: 2-3 years as a TL (on paper)
• 💸 Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
• 🚗 Cab: 2-way transportation provided
• 🕒 Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the team handling international mortgage processes
• Ensure KPIs are achieved, team performance is optimized
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
