• Educational Requirement: Degree
• Experience: 2-3 years as a Team Leader (documented)
• Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

• Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team handling international mortgage processing
• Achieve KPIs and ensure the team works efficiently
• Provide feedback and guidance to enhance team performance
• Ensure smooth cross-department coordination
