Team Leader – International Mortgage Process
• Location: Bellandur
• Qualification: Degree
• Experience: 2-3 years as a Team Leader (on paper)
• Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
• Cab Facility: 2-way cab transportation available
• Shift: 5 working days, 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team responsible for international mortgage processes
• Track and achieve KPIs, ensuring high team efficiency
• Offer regular coaching and feedback for performance improvement
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations
