Hiring: Team Leader for International Mortgage Process
• Location: Bellandur
• Qualification: Must have a degree
• Experience: 2-3 years as a Team Leader (documented experience)
• Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
• Perks: 2-way cab provided
• Shift Pattern: 5 days working, 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead a team managing international mortgage processes
• Ensure team KPIs are achieved and maintained
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to enhance performance
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
