Job Description

Hiring for Technical Call Center Specialist
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Cab Facility: 2-way transportation provided (within 12 KMS)
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries via phone and email
Identify customer needs and provide expert solutions with a focus on technical troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution
Track and manage service requests through CRM systems
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and following up on outstanding issues
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing customer tickets
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume inquiries
