⏰ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
🚖 Cab Facility: 2 ways (within 12 KMS)
💵 Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
☎️ Handle inbound support requests and customer complaints
🤝 Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution
📦 Manage part orders and ensure customer satisfaction
📋 Requirements:
📅 1-3 years of call center/customer service experience
💻 Proficiency in CRM systems
