Job Description

Exciting Opportunity: Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)
• Shift: UK Shift
• Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational off days
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Compensation:
• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (with 6 months or more of International Chat Process experience)
Cab Options:
• Male employees: ₹2750 deduction for two-way cab
• Female employees: ₹1375 deduction for one-way cab
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of International Chat Process experience
Selection Process:
1. HR Interview
2. Assessment
3. Operations Interview
Interview Location:
• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
