π Qualifications:
Candidates should be Undergraduates or Graduates.
Open to Freshers as well as Experienced individuals with strong communication skills.
π Work Schedule:
24×7 rotational shifts with two days off each week.
π Location: Electronic City
π Transportation:
Two-way cab service available for distances up to 30 kilometers.
πΈ There is a cab charge of βΉ1,000 for both male and female employees.
π° Salary Structure:
π± Freshers: CTC of βΉ3 LPA
In-Hand During Training: βΉ18,000 to βΉ19,000
In-Hand After Training: βΉ21,000
π 1 to 2 Years of Experience: CTC of βΉ4 LPA
In-Hand During Training: βΉ26,000
In-Hand After Training: βΉ29,000
π Over 2 Years of Experience: CTC of βΉ4.5 LPA
In-Hand During Training: βΉ29,000
In-Hand After Training: βΉ33,000

The selection process includes HR, Operations, and a Versant assessment (scoring out of 60).
