Work in a dynamic 24×7 environment with rotational shifts and two days off each week.

πΈ Note: A cab deduction of βΉ1,000 applies for both male and female employees.
π° Compensation Structure:
π± Freshers: CTC βΉ3 LPA
In-Hand Salary During Training: βΉ18,000 to βΉ19,000
In-Hand Salary Post Training: βΉ21,000
π Candidates with 1 to 2 Years Experience: CTC βΉ4 LPA
In-Hand Salary During Training: βΉ26,000
In-Hand Salary Post Training: βΉ29,000
π Candidates with 2+ Years Experience: CTC βΉ4.5 LPA
In-Hand Salary During Training: βΉ29,000
In-Hand Salary Post Training: βΉ33,000

Candidates will go through multiple interview rounds, including HR, Operations, and a Versant assessment (scored out of 60).
