Position: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
Location: Bellandur
Qualification: Degree required
Experience: 2-3 years as a Team Leader (documented experience)
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Transportation: 2-way cab service available
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 days off
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the team managing mortgage services for international clients
Monitor daily operations and track team performance to meet productivity targets
Implement strategies for performance improvement and team development
Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with client requirements
