Key Responsibilities:
👥 Lead and manage the team handling the mortgage process for international clients
📈 Ensure KPIs are met and the team performs efficiently
🏆 Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
🤝 Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
