Position: Customer Support Executive (E-Commerce International Voice)
• Criteria:
• Graduates or Undergraduates
• Freshers and Experienced candidates with excellent communication
• Work Hours: 24×7 rotational shifts, 2 days off
• Location: Electronic City
• Transport: Two-way cab up to 30 km (₹1,000 deduction for all)
• Compensation:
• Freshers: CTC ₹3 LPA
• Training: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 in hand
• Post Training: ₹21,000 in hand
• 1-2 Years Experience: CTC ₹4 LPA
• Training: ₹26,000 in hand
• Post Training: ₹29,000 in hand
• 2+ Years Experience: CTC ₹4.5 LPA
• Training: ₹29,000 in hand
• Post Training: ₹33,000 in hand
• Interview Stages: HR, Ops, Versant (60 score)
