Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Customer Support Executive for our UK Magazine Customer Support team, specifically for a chat process during the UK shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage effectively with customers. This position involves working 5 days a week, with 2 rotational days off.

We provide a convenient cab facility for commuting to and from the workplace. The cab service charges are ₹2,750 for both ways for male employees and ₹1,375 for one way for female employees.

For freshers, the take-home salary is ₹23,000, while experienced candidates can earn up to ₹25,000, provided they have between 6 to 24 months of experience in International Customer Support.
