Position: Customer Support Executive
Domain: E-Commerce International Voice Process
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to both undergraduates and graduates
Freshers and candidates with prior experience who possess excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Shift Details:
24×7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off per week
Location: Electronic City
Transportation: Two-way cab facility available for up to 30 km radius
Cab Charge: ₹1,000 deduction for the cab service (applicable to both male and female employees)
Compensation Details:
For Freshers:
Annual CTC: ₹3 LPA
Training Period: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000 (take-home salary)
Post Training: ₹21,000 (take-home salary)
For Candidates with 1 to 2 Years of Experience:
Annual CTC: ₹4 LPA
Training Period: ₹26,000 (take-home salary)
Post Training: ₹29,000 (take-home salary)
For Candidates with Over 2 Years of Experience:
Annual CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
Training Period: ₹29,000 (take-home salary)
Post Training: ₹33,000 (take-home salary)
Selection Process: The interview will comprise of three rounds – HR, Operations, and Versant (minimum score of 60 required).
