Job Description

Globiva is hiring for the role of Customer Support Associate (CSA) at our Marathahalli location in Bengaluru. Candidates must have completed at least PUC education and possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role. The position offers a CTC of ₹35,000 (₹30,000 take-home) and is for the day shift. Applicants should be under the age of 30.

The selection process consists of four stages: HR interview, Operations round, Assessment, and Client interview.
