Smartcoin is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Hindi and hold at least an undergraduate degree. This position offers a day shift schedule with Sundays off, based in Kadubisanahalli, and is open to candidates aged up to 32 years.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, assisting with product information and account management, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
💼 Salary:
Freshers: ₹15k to ₹16k
💼 Experienced: ₹22k
