🚨 Smartcoin is Hiring a Customer Support Executive! 🚨

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is fluent in English and Hindi, with a minimum educational qualification of an undergraduate degree. This role offers a day shift schedule, with Sundays off, and is located in Kadubisanahalli. Candidates should be no older than 32 years.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your duties will involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, assisting with product-related questions, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, you will keep accurate records of customer interactions and work alongside other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

💼 Salary:

🌟 Freshers: ₹15k to ₹16k

💼 Experienced: ₹22k
