Join Tech Mahindra as an International Voice Process Associate, where you’ll engage with customers globally. We’re looking for candidates who are fluent in English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

**🔍 Job Description:**
– Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
– Provide timely and accurate information to customer queries.
– Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
– Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

**📈 Experience Requirements:**
– 🌱 Freshers: No prior experience needed. We welcome enthusiastic newcomers.
– 💼 Experienced: At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.

**💰 Salary:**
– 🌱 Freshers: Earn a take-home salary of ₹18,000.
– 💼 Experienced (1 year): Take-home salary ranges from ₹23,000 to ₹25,000.
– 💼 Experienced (2+ years): Take-home salary of ₹28,000.

**🎓 Qualifications:**
– Minimum requirement: PUC (Pre-University Course) or equivalent.
– Candidates with higher qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

**🗣️ Languages:**
– Must be proficient in English to effectively communicate with international customers.
