Job Description

IntouchCX (International BPO)

Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru

Drive Location: Hennur (Monday to Friday)

1. International Voice Process
Education: PUC & above

Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice

Shift: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Cab: 2-Way Provided

Age Limit: Up to 45

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Operations

2. Non-Voice Process
Fresher Salary: ₹16,000 (Take Home) + Free Food + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹6,000)

Experienced Salary Brackets:

6 Months: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000

1 – 1.5 Years: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000

1.8 – 2 Years: ₹27,000

2+ Years: ₹28,000

Cab: 2-Way Provided

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Operations
