Technical Call Center Specialist
Company: Technogym
Location: Kothanur, Bangalore
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 CTC
Cab: 2-way within 12 KMs
Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing Project
Role Summary:
Resolve technical issues via calls/email, manage customer complaints, support engineers with parts orders, and ensure quick service response.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound support (calls/emails) and resolve technical issues.
Escalate complex cases to engineers to meet SLAs.
Coordinate part orders and track service timelines.
Maintain CRM data and track KPIs like FTFR, TTS.
Collaborate with technical teams to reduce support costs.
Requirements:
1–3 years in call center/tech support roles.
Min qualification: PUC/Degree.
Excellent communication & CRM knowledge.
Tech-savvy and customer-focused.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a technical call center.
Interest in fitness/fitness equipment support.
