Credit Collection Specialist – ECPL

Location: Kothanur

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Responsibilities:

Manage and recover outstanding payments

Resolve account/payment issues

Maintain accurate credit & CRM records

Collaborate with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

3–5 years in credit collection/management

Strong communication & organizational skills

CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, SAP preferred)

Solid knowledge of credit management techniques
