Operations Analyst – WNS (International Insurance Project)

Location: WNS

Role: Senior Operations Analyst

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (No BE/BTech/PG)

Skills:

Excellent English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

MS Excel proficiency

Insurance sector experience (preferred, not mandatory)

Shifts:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home, based on last drawn salary)

Cab: 2-way transport provided

Work Days: Mon–Fri (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Experience: 0–4 years

Interview Rounds: HR → Assessment → SVAR → Operations
