Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project (WNS)

Location: [WNS – Bangalore]

Eligibility: PUC/Graduate (No BE/BTech/PG)

Language: Excellent English communication

Experience: 0–4 years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Transport: 2-way cab

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

Shifts:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Rounds: HR → Assessment → Svar → Operations

Skillset: MS Excel, analytical thinking, problem-solving. Insurance domain is a plus.
