Technical Call Center Specialist
Company: Technogym
Location: Kothanur, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time (Ongoing Project)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Cab Facility: 2-way within 12 km
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Role Summary:
Provide technical support via phone/email, resolve customer issues, manage complaints and parts orders, and ensure high service quality (FTFR & TTS targets).
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer technical queries
Escalate issues to technical engineers when needed
Coordinate with service teams for parts/orders
Maintain accurate CRM data
Achieve targets for FTFR and TTS
Requirements:
1–3 years in call center/technical support
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
High school diploma or graduation
Preferred:
Experience in tech support for fitness products
Customer-first mindset
