Job Description

Credit Collection Specialist

Company: ECPL

Location: Kothanur, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Cab Facility: 2-way (within 12 km)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Role Summary:
Manage outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, resolve account issues, and maintain strong customer relationships to meet recovery targets.

Key Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in credit collection or credit management

Strong skills in communication, analysis, and organization

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)

Knowledge of credit management practices
