Job Description

Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym

Location: Kothanur

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Employment: Full-time, Ongoing Project

Cab: 2-way (within 12 KM)

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls/emails for technical support & issue resolution

Coordinate with service engineers for complaint resolution & parts delivery

Maintain CRM data, track KPIs (FTFR & TTS), and meet SLAs

Collaborate with Aftermarket teams to reduce support cost

Requirements:

1–3 years in customer service / call center / tech support

Good English communication & multitasking skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting

Bachelor’s Degree or PUC equivalent

Preferred:

Technical call center experience

Interest in fitness-related products
