1. Startek – BGV Verification (US Process)

Location: ITPL, Bangalore

Process: Background Verification (Voice/Non-Voice)

Education: Degree mandatory

Experience & Salary:

6 months: ₹20,296 (Take Home) | ₹25,000 CTC

1+ year: ₹20,991 (Take Home) | ₹25,834 CTC

2+ years: ₹21,712 (Take Home) | ₹26,670 CTC

Language: Excellent English

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Cab: 2-way (within 20 km)

Bonus: Quarterly

Openings: 25

Interview Rounds: HR → Ops

Induction: 20th Dec | Joining: 23rd Dec

2. Lotus Flare – International Tech Support (Voice Quality Non-Voice)

Location: ITPL, Bangalore

Qualification: Graduates only

Experience: 2+ years in Technical Support

Salary: Up to ₹30,000

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Language: Excellent English

Cab: 2-way

Bonus: ₹4,000 quarterly
