Job Description

E-commerce Field Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore

Type: Field Sales, Full-Time

Qualification: Graduation mandatory

Experience: 6 months+ in sales or relevant background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face consultations to increase seller sales

Onboard new sellers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones

Perform market research and stay updated on trends, pricing & ROI

Submit reports and meet sales targets regularly

Answer situational and sales-based questions during interview

Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹35,000
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000
Travel Allowance: ₹3,000
Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500
Incentives: ₹3,000

Languages Required: English + any regional language
