Job Description

Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist – ECPL / Technogym (Kothanur)

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Cab: 2-Way (within 12 KM)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Job Summary:
Validate and close Work Orders, generate invoices, and ensure data compliance and accuracy for field activities and after-sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate and close work/service orders

Generate invoices and manage payment methods

Troubleshoot system errors and escalate when needed

Support after-sales admin tasks

Requirements:
3–5 years in invoicing or service order management

Proficient in English & ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Strong communication, analytical & negotiation skills

Able to meet monthly closing deadlines
