Job Description

E-Commerce Field Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore (Field Work)

Role Summary:

Field-based sales & marketing role focused on seller engagement and business growth

Drive sales via in-person meetings, consultations, onboarding, and relationship management

Conduct market research, track trends, optimize seller ROI, and report regularly

Meet monthly sales targets, manage follow-ups, and stay updated on pricing/ad revenue

Requirements:

Must be a graduate

Minimum 6 months of sales or related experience

Strong communication in English + any regional language

Must be ready to join immediately

Should be flexible and willing to work on field

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: Up to ₹35,000/month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
