Technical Call Center Specialist
Location: Kothanur
Company: Technogym
Employment Type: Full-time, On-going Project
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 KM radius)
CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
Role Summary:
Handle inbound technical support via calls/emails, resolve customer issues, manage parts orders, and collaborate with engineers to ensure high First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and quick Time to Service (TTS).
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve technical issues via phone/email
Administer complaints and queries
Collaborate with service teams for timely support
Maintain accurate CRM data
Ensure SLA compliance and KPI targets
Requirements:
1–3 years in tech support or customer service
Fluent communication, multitasking, and CRM skills
H.S. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with fitness tech (preferred)
